6:00 AM · Veni Intelligence
Every product writes to the same ledger. Veni Intelligence reads it: a briefing each morning, answers with sources any time, and call notes that draft themselves.
6:00:00 AM · Before anyone's up
While the kettle heats, the briefing is already written: entries, work orders, packages, anomalies. Every line traces back to a logged event: nothing in it was guessed, and nothing in it was invented.
Detection runs on plain rules against plain data. What Veni Intelligence adds is the reading: it narrates the finished snapshot and cites the record it came from, the same way across every surface below.
6:00 AM · On the dashboard
It opens "Good morning" and narrates the portfolio: entries, occupancy, open and urgent work, guest activity. Computed by the server and worded by the model. Ask a follow-up in plain English and it maps onto a closed set of safe, parameterized queries, never raw access to the database.
Quiet night across 3 buildings: 11 entries, all authorized. One work order is unrouted for six hours.
Two, both authorized: service passes for the boiler contractor, redeemed 5:40 AM on the 3rd and 4th.
8:59 AM · As the shift opens
Under forty words plus tiles: expected visitors, active passes, packages needing attention, with conflicts flagged before they collide. At shift's end the handoff drafts itself from the shift's own events. The doorman edits and approves, and the next shift's brief skips what it already covers.
Steady day. Two vendors and a package drop overlap the service elevator around 10.
That evening · In the resident's app
The desk call becomes a plain-language summary in their history, written to them, not about them. Reporting a repair works the same way: the flow asks the clarifying questions a good super would, prompts for photos, and drafts the ticket. Residents never see a raw transcript, only what the desk signed off on.
While you were out: a courier left your package with the desk. It's on the shelf marked B.
All day · Underneath
A dozen built-in watchers cover off-hours entries, failed attempts, opener failures, visitor spikes, stalled and unrouted work orders, aging packages, unclosed shifts, possibly-vacant units, and expiring passes, each a deterministic rule, not a model's mood.
The boundary · What it reads
The briefing and the Ask box read logged events: entries, passes, packages, work orders, announcements. Private conversation isn't in the record, so it isn't readable: neighbor DMs and the residents' board are never stored for it.
READS THE RECORD: and only the record, every claim cited back to it
Your call · Governance
VeniAI is off until a building turns it on, spends against a monthly budget you set, and its working data is encrypted at rest. Transcripts are deleted once notes are approved, and redactions are audited.

The record does the remembering; Veni Intelligence does the reading. Four sentences at six, sources attached, and a desk that hands itself forward in writing.
